Poker Run

4 planes from the Eastern PA Chapter of the 99's flew the North Jersey Chapter of the 99's Poker Run. It was a fun day and the perfect opportunity for Linda and I to fly together.

Our race numbers arrived today.
 I can hardly wait to get them on the plane!

 

 

They came with some good wishes from the company who makes them for us each year - Higher Graphics. They do a great job for us every year, we never have issue with our numbers.

Flying Cookies 2015

This is team Flying Cookies. We are flying in the 2015 Air Race Classic to raise awareness of Girl Scout cookies. Well, actually, Girl Scouts too, not just the cookies. Linda Evans (aka Shortbread) is on the left and Heather Hill (aka Thin Mint) is on the right. This is Heather's first race and the first time Linda will fly the race without her flying ace partner, Alison Chalker.
